And today, as a sole proprietor, I have access to the same information networks, marketing platforms, and advertising resources as the larger companies. But you don't hire me for what's online. 2026 is my 40th year in the business- brokerage, investment, marketing, and property management. I have owned a boutique firm and have led an international franchise. I am a landlord and investor and I bring decades of experience to each transaction.
